Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Gasner HealthTech ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information submitted through this website and our launch waitlist. We follow the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and other applicable Canadian privacy law.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist on this site, we collect:

• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• Your consent selections
• The date and time your consent was recorded

Our hosting and infrastructure providers also keep standard technical logs, such as IP address and request time, to operate the site securely and limit abuse of the form.

What we use it for

We use this information to maintain the Gasner HealthTech launch waitlist, send the product and service updates you requested, document consent, and protect the form from misuse. We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Consent

You join the waitlist by actively confirming that you wish to receive Gasner HealthTech product and service updates and that you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use. You may withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe method in an email or by writing to info@gasnerhealthtech.com.

Please do not send health information

This website is a company information page, not a care service. The waitlist form does not ask for health information. Please do not send personal health information, patient records, or details of a medical condition to the waitlist or company email address.

Where your information goes

The website is hosted through Google Firebase. When you submit the form, the waitlist record is processed through Cloudflare, delivered to the Gasner HealthTech team through Resend, and retained in an access-controlled event record operated by our website provider, Appfi. A copy is also kept in the team’s business email. These providers may process data outside Canada, including in the United States. Information handled outside Canada may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.

Retention

We keep your waitlist information while you remain subscribed and for as long as reasonably needed to administer the waitlist and document consent. If you withdraw consent or ask us to delete your information, we will stop using it for updates and delete or de-identify it unless we must retain a limited record for legal or compliance purposes.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set cookies and does not run advertising or analytics trackers.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to info@gasnerhealthtech.com and we will respond promptly. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Accountability

Gasner HealthTech is responsible for personal information under its control. Privacy questions and requests should be directed to info@gasnerhealthtech.com.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
